
Airport Cars 4 You - Terms and Conditions of Service
- Airport Cars 4 You is 100% Internet based company. Our bookings are made through our website only.
- We do not have a "walk-in" public office. This means that our overheads are lower and our prices more
- affordable.
- All airport transfer prices are per car and not per person.
- After booking your airport transfer you will be issued with the reference number and provided with a contact
- number for your driver. If you have made multiple bookings we will try to give you the same driver in order to
- provide you the best personal service.
- For all airport transfers, the meeting point is by the Information desk at the Arrivals hall. Your driver
- will display the Airport Cars 4 You sign with your name written on the board.
- We will provide baby seats free of charge.
- We will check your flight arrival time.
- There is no additional charge for flight delays.
- All airport transfer fares quoted are from the pick-up point to the agreed destination and any diversions,
- additional set downs or pickups by the client will incur a charge dependant on actual distance. A minimum
- charge of £2.00 applies to diversions.
- We do not accept any responsibility for missed flights, for example, traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns,
- severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.
- Reservations made for services on the following dates will be subject to a surcharge on published
- prices: 24, 25, 26, 31 December & 1 January. These prices will be posted on our web site at the time a
- quotation is requested.
- No reservation submitted by the client shall be deemed to be accepted by the service provider unless and
- until confirmed in writing by email or text service by Airport Cars 4 You.
- Airport Cars 4 You reserves the right to use sub contractors. Sub contractors are guaranteed to provide the
- same high quality of service. They will be licenced and comply with the regulations stipulated by the Public
- Carriage Office.
- Neither Airport Cars 4 You nor any of its contracted or sub-contracted drivers will accept responsibility for
- loss or damage to luggage.
- Airport transfer pricing policy -
- All airport transfers are per car and not per person.
- Airport transfer charges depend on distance, time of travel and the number of passengers travelling.
- The driver has the right to refuse any passenger who has excess luggage which would break Health and
- Safety requirements.
- The passenger is responsible for ensuring that an appropriate sized vehicle is booked. We have guidelines to
- help you choose;
- Saloon car (4 passengers + 2 suitcases), Estate car (4 passengers + 4 suitcases), an MPV (5 passengers + 5
- suitcases) and an 8-seater (7 passengers + 9 suitcases).
- Please bear in mind that babies/children are regarded as passengers and to book the vehicle size
- accordingly.

- Cancellation Policy -
- Airport Cars 4 You will accept airport transfer cancellation up to 12 hours prior to the pick up time booked. You
- can do this via email and we will confirm the cancellation by email. If you do not receive an email from Airport
- Cars 4 You confirming the cancellation you will be charged for the journey!

- Data Protection -
- Personal information entered on Airport Cars 4 You web site will be:
- fairly and lawfully processed;
- processed for limited purposes;
- adequate, relevant and not excessive;
- accurate;
- not kept longer than necessary;
- processed in accordance with your rights;
- kept secure;
- not transferred abroad without adequate protection.

- Complaints Procedure -
- We take complaints seriously and we will investigate every complaint thoroughly. Please provide as much
- information as possible when making complaint, i.e. (Date, time, location, driver number, reason for
- complaint).
